The Village of Elsie’s Department of Public Works (DPW) maintains a wide variety of the Village’s infrastructure. The DPW is responsible for services including water, sewer, and stormwater systems, the maintenance of the Village’s parks, roads, trees, cemetery, and other Village assets.
