Several bronze statues watch over the green space in the center of the Village of Elsie…. that’s surrounded by 13 flag poles, flying each branch of the services flag, along with flags for Police fire and EMS. Soon At their feet are bricks with names of veterans & First Responders 

It’s a place for the communities of the Elsie area to honor those who served.

The Idea came from Former Village Council member, and Veteran Jim Hyland. The idea has been in the works for many years but the location was an issue.  The former site was the location of the Dorman Art Gallery home, and it was purchases and relocated. This left a area perfect for a park.  Below is our Master Plan for the park. Special thanks to Moron Outdoor Contracting for the drawing!
